The camp is focused on FUNdamental sport skill development. Some sports that may be offered during camp are swimming, lacrosse, basketball, golf, curling, canoe/kayak, gymnastics, track and field, bounce ball, European handball, snorkeling, softball, football, cycling, soccer and martial arts (sports are dependent on the season and coaching staff availability).
The XploreSportZ program corresponds with the Canada Sport for Life Fundamental and Learning to Train stages. Our camps deliver fundamental skill development through a combination of well structured and unstructured play in a safe, FUN and challenging environment that leave the participants wanting to stay active.
Our XploreSportz Summer Camps offer kids the opportunity to explore a variety of sports all week long. There are opportunities to play traditional sports such as soccer or football but kids will also experience new sport activies such as synchronized swimming and yoga. These camps are a great way to introduce your child to sports in a friendly, safe and fun environment. All facilitators are qualified coaches and deliver top-notch experiences.
